Website Blues Oh Woe!!

Somedays are tougher than others, our dear internet hosts have done it again, we have a little dispute over the load our websites put on their server. I have been negotiating a more powerful system to fix the bugs in the just gorjuss group forum, and they have yet again suspended the hosting without any notice or warning. Rest assured I am in contact with them and I will be expecting a prompt return to action. I will update as soon as I know anything.

As part of this I had to keep Just Gorjuss offline until we identified a better solution to fix the slowness and performance issues, this I am assured will be fixed by moving to a new dedicated server, but they wanted to change the specification of the server to make sure it could cope with the load.

We think they have found a good solution but time will tell and I hope to be back to normal very soon….

This on top of packing for the house move and an email issue with gorjussart that didnt send out any shipped emails yesterday. I can confirm I shipped all orders upto 10th January. If your order was after that PLEASE bare with me it is safe and secure and we will get it out to you as soon as we sort out this current difficulty.

And yes I am looking for other hosting options to stop this happening again, I will update as soon as we have timescales….

    Thanks for the update, I think we’re all getting withdrawal symptoms and will be over the moon when the forum is up and running again!
